מרצה, חוקרת ויועצת קידום דיגיטציה בחברה ובחינוך, מפתחת מודלים פדגוגיים חדשניים מקוונים, מייסדת בשיתוף למרכז TEC במכון מופ”ת, הקימה ונהלה מרכז ICT במכללת אלקאסמי, מובילה דיגיטלית במטה הליאומי לישראל דיגיטלית. אסמאא הקימה מיזם InnDigital לקידום דיגיטציה בחברה הערבית, הכולל הכשרות לכל הגילאים במגוון תחומים טכנולוגיים דיגיטליים (כולל אוריינות, מיומנויות, הצגות מקצועיות, רשתות חברתיות, אינטרנט בטוח ועוד), ייעוץ וליווי רשויות מקומיות לקידום דיגיטציה ברשות ובקרב התושבים, הובלת פרויקטים לפיתוח כישורי חיים ותעסוקה חדשניים. אסמאא בעלת תואר שלישי בחקר האינטרנט ופערים דיגיטליים בחברה הערבית בישראל מאונ’ חיפה, תואר שני במערכות מידע מאונ’ ברלין- גרמניה (TUB), ותואר ראשון במתמטיקה ומדעי המחשב מאונ’ חיפה.

محاضرة وباحثة ومستشارة لتعزيز الرقمية في المجتمع والتعليم، تطور نماذج تعليمية مبتكرة عبر الإنترنت، شاركت في تأسيس مركز TEC في معهد موفت ، وأنشأت وأدارت مركزًا لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في كلية القاسمي، رائدة رقمية في المقر الوطني Digital Israel. أسست أسماء مشروع InnDigital لتعزيز الرقمية في المجتمع العربي، والذي يتضمن التدريب لجميع الأعمار في مجموعة متنوعة من المجالات التكنولوجية الرقمية (بما في ذلك محو الأمية والمهارات والعروض المهنية والشبكات الاجتماعية والإنترنت الآمن والمزيد)، والاستشارات ومرافقة السلطات المحلية لتعزيز الرقمية في السلطة وبين السكان ، قيادة مشاريع لتطوير المهارات الحياتية المبتكرة والتوظيف. أسماء حاصلة على درجة الدكتوراه في أبحاث الإنترنت والثغرات الرقمية في المجتمع العربي في إسرائيل من جامعة حيفا، درجة الماجستير في أنظمة المعلومات من جامعة برلين-ألمانيا (TUB)، ودرجة البكالوريوس في الرياضيات وعلوم الكمبيوتر من جامعة حيفا.
Dr. Asmaa N. Ganaim
Lecturer, researcher and consultant for the promotion of digitization in society and educatio; develops innovative online pedagogical models, co-founded the TEC center at the Mofat Institute, established and managed an ICT center at Al-Qasmi College; digital leader at the National Headquarters for Digital Israel. Asmaa founded the InnDigital project to promote digitization in Arab society, which includes training for all ages in a variety of digital technological fields (including literacy, skills, professional presentations, social networks, safe internet and more); consulting and accompanying local authorities to promote digitization in the Authority and among the residents; leading projects to develop innovative life skills and employment. Asmaa has a Ph.D. in internet research and digital gaps in Arab society in Israel from the University of Haifa, a master’s degree in information systems from the University of Berlin-Germany (TUB), and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Haifa.
