שירין נטור חאפי
האישה הערבייה הראשונה בתפקיד מנהלת אגף החינוך בחברה הערבית במשרד החינוך. כיהנה כמנהלת בית הספר הערבי למדעים והנדסה בעיר לוד. בוגרת תכנית העמיתים של ארגון מעוז שבמסגרתה הובילה תהליכים אסטרטגיים שנועדו לקדם את מערכת החינוך בחברה הערבית. שירין כיהנה במספר תפקידים ניהוליים כלליים, בהם חברות במועצת המנהלים של מכון דווידסון למדע, חברה בוועד גלובליים צעירים, חברה בוועד המנהל בחברה למתנ”סים, חברה בוועד המנהל ברשות השידור, וחברת הנהלה בקרן לפיתוח לוד.
במסגרת תפקידה שירין מקדמת את היעדים המרכזיים של מערכת החינוך הערבית ובהם הטמעת תהליכים של חדשנות פדגוגית, השבחת איכות ההוראה, צמצום פערים לימודיים, חיזוק ההיבטים הרגשיים והחברתיים של התלמידים בנוסף ליישום ותכלול החלטות ממשלה הנוגעות למערכת החינוך בחברה הערבית.
شيرين ناطور حافي
أول امرأة عربية في منصب مدير شعبة تعليم المجتمع العربي في وزارة التربية والتعليم. شغلت منصب مديرة المدرسة العربية للعلوم والهندسة في مدينة اللد. خريجة برنامج زملاء منظمة ماعوز، الذي قادت في إطاره العمليات الإستراتيجية الرامية إلى تطوير نظام التعليم في المجتمع العربي. شغلت شيرين عدداً من المناصب الإدارية العامة، منها عضو مجلس إدارة معهد ديفيدسون للعلوم، وعضو لجنة الشباب العالمية، وعضو مجلس إدارة جمعية تنمية المجتمع، وعضو في مجلس إدارة هيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون، وعضو مجلس إدارة صندوق تنمية اللد.
وكجزء من دورها، تعمل شيرين على تعزيز الأهداف الرئيسية لنظام التعليم العربي، بما في ذلك تنفيذ عمليات الابتكار التربوي، وتحسين جودة التدريس، وتقليص الفجوات التعليمية، وتعزيز الجوانب العاطفية والاجتماعية للطلاب، بالإضافة إلى التنفيذ والإدماج. القرارات الحكومية المتعلقة بنظام التعليم في المجتمع العربي.
Shireen Nator Hafi
The first Arab woman in the position of director of the education division of the Arab society in the Ministry of Education. She served as the director of the Arab School of Science and Engineering in the city of Lod. A graduate of the Maoz organization’s fellows program, within the framework of which she led strategic processes designed to advance the education system in Arab society. Shireen has held a number of general management positions, including a member of the board of directors of the Davidson Institute of Science, a member of the Young Global Committee, a member of the board of directors of the Society for Community Development, a member of the board of directors of the Broadcasting Authority, and a board member of the Lod Development Fund.
As part of her role, Shireen promotes the main goals of the Arab education system, including implementing processes of pedagogical innovation, improving the quality of teaching, reducing educational gaps, strengthening the emotional and social aspects of students, in addition to the implementation and inclusion of government decisions concerning the education system in Arab society.
